The Classic
You like coffee that tastes like coffee — clean, balanced, precise. No surprises, no chaos. You appreciate clarity over intensity.
The Explorer
You're curious and open — looking for something interesting, but not overwhelming. You want a guide, not a stunt.

How to read
a coffee bag
Look for "Washed" processed coffees. Flavor notes vary by origin but often reference florals, nuts, caramel, or chocolate.
Look for "Natural" or "Honey" processed coffees. You'll often see fruit-forward flavor notes on the bag.
These often mention advanced processing — things like "72-hour anaerobic" or "thermal shock washed". Sometimes co-ferments with fruits like peach or watermelon.
